Training courses on energy saving rehabilitation management in buildings conducted in Kostanai

The companies organized this training are Kazakhstan center for HI modernization and development JSC, UNDP\GEF Project “Removing barriers to energy efficiency in municipal heat and hot water supply”, Kostanai Engineer and Economic University after M.Dulatov, Residential Sector of Eastern Europe” (IVO, Germany), Profine RUS in Kazakhstan, Viessmann Werke GmbH & Co KG in Kazakhstan, Lacufa GmbH Lacke und Farben, Turan-Profi. Training is performed in framework of German-Kazakhstan Public-Private Partnership “Development and realization of a training courses on management and organization of renovations and thermal rehabilitation in MAB. 
The course is aimed at the training of occupational specialists in the field of efficient management of residential realty and organization of measures for thermal rehabilitation of residential buildings. According to Larisa Shrekenbah, representative of German Company, sometimes the problem of sanation is not due to lack of money. “In Kazakhstan the government allots money for renovations. There are materials as well as specialists. The most difficult problem is to have an agreement with tenants.” In 2012, 15 specialists of Kazakhstan were invited by German partners to be trained on energy saving sanation in Germany. During 4 weeks they studied the issues of management and all technical details of buildings renovations, now they are ready to train local specialists. 
Natalia Druz, an expert of UNDP/GEF Project, being as one of the lecturers, addressed with presentations “Financial mechanisms for implementation of energy efficient projects in MRA: energy efficient AAO, all payments through AAO and ESCO” and “Efficient management of MRA – a first step to energy efficiency”, and moderated at the Round Table “What prevents to take energy efficiency measures in multiapartment residential buildings?”. 
Presentation of international experts on housing management, organization and conduction of thermal renovation in the buildings, engineer support and energy saving, advanced architectural concepts in construction and reconstruction of buildings were of special interest.
